Online courses and digital materials are nonrefundable once accessed. Unopened physical materials may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of enrollment. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to a 25% return fee. Cancel before shipment to avoid this fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the materials are defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
